Can I cancel or change my order?

Refunds & Returns

At Soleuma, customer satisfaction is important to us. Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products, damaged upon arrival, or significantly different from the description.

The item must be unused, in its original box, including all accessories and manuals. The box must retain its original factory seal and protective plastics intact.

How long do I have to request a return?

You may request a return or refund within 60 days from the date you receive your order.

What proof do I need for a refund?

To process any refund or replacement request, we require visual proof of the issue (photo or video), depending on the case. This helps us evaluate the problem and provide a fast resolution.

What refund options do you offer?

Can I get a replacement instead of a refund?

If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, and you prefer a replacement over a refund, we will send a new item at no additional cost, provided it is reported within the 60-day period.

Do you accept exchanges?

We do not accept exchanges or product swaps. If you wish to purchase a different item, please place a new order.

How long does refund processing take?

You will not need to return the product, and we will refund the full amount of your order or send a replacement (if you prefer another type of refund, please specify).
